0:00 I finished a half-year mentoring program with one of my clients today, and I have this wonderful feeling of privilege that I wanted to share with you.
0:13 In our line of work, the coaches mentor mentors, uh, therapists, counselors. We are so privileged to be trusted by other human beings with their deepest feelings, concerns, challenges, fears, problems, and concerns, queries of different sorts. And I feel so rewarded and genuinely privileged that I can create that space for my clients when they can trust me and they can share all of those things with me in a space that is very private but is so meaningful.
0:54 And it’s not that we don’t work for that, right? We are coaches. It’s not that we don’t put our skills and experience into creating that space.
1:02 Of course, it is up to us to be able to create that trustful experience. But still, I mean, oh, of my clients, every now and then, and with every one of them, with how brave it actually is to go and ask for help.
1:20 To go and share your deepest concerns with someone else and trust them to guide you or help you or navigate you in some of the areas.
1:33 It is a very, very brave space. And I have to say that vulnerability is the bravest thing out there to self-reflect and to acknowledge when you need help and go and, work with someone on getting that support is the bravest thing out there.
2:00 And I’m just so grateful I have the chance to work with that, and I’m so grateful I am a part of a little place of the journey, a little particle of the journey for my clients there.
2:22 I’m so blessed with all get to I do. Thank you so much to everyone who trusted in me and still continues to trust in me.
2:33 Have a wonderful day, a wonderful week, and an amazing year, everyone.
Yours,
Olya 💛
