Morning Coffee With Myself | DAY 2: MY SOURCES OF ENERGY

For the next few minutes, think about the times, spaces, and situations when you felt most energized.

Finish this sentence: “I feel most energized when…”

Sit with these examples for a few moments. Think of your sources of energy and how you can focus on activities, people, or places that empower you and give you that positive energy boost ✨

As the next step, think about activities and people in your life that you didn’t mention:

  • Do any of them exhaust your energy? 😓
  • Do any of them bring you down? 😔
  • If the answer is ‘yes,’ what would you like to change in order to gain more fulfilling experiences and more positive energy? ✨

Understanding our energy sources and energy drains is very important. You might notice that your sources of energy may be related to situations and people, who are close to your values, support your values, and help you fulfill them. You may notice places and people who exhaust your energy, on the contrary, could be those who are not in tune with your values and your understanding of well-being.
