🌿 I like to say that I coach where personal meets professional! I come from 16 years of experience in the corporate environment and executive roles and I understand how it might feel when we have to separate our lives into work and our personal lives. 🤷🏻♀️
🌿 It can be challenging to navigate the complexity of what’s expected of us in the office or meeting rooms and what’s expected of us at home or with friends. I want to help everyone live a more contentful life in terms of holistic happiness and feeling like yourself in every moment, in every aspect of your life. 💫
🌿 So, I want to help you learn how to be confident and happy about being your true self, whether you’re at work, with your friends, and family, or at home. The first step is getting in tune with ourselves and learning ourselves a little better.
🌿 That’s why I’m launching a month-long project to help you explore yourself and get in tune with your own needs, values, your own principles, aspirations, and goals. 🥰
🌿 Starting next Monday, join me in this month-long journey of short, daily exercises. I call it “Morning Coffee with Myself.” ☕️ It’s just five minutes with your morning coffee or morning tea, or just a morning routine. It’s brief but incredibly meaningful. My goal is to make it easy yet profound so that in just five minutes each morning, you can start your day on a positive note and you go into your day knowing a little more about your own needs and feelings.
