Morning Coffee With Myself | Day 17: MY CORE STRENGTHS

Acknowledging what we do well boosts our confidence and makes it more likely for us to succeed. Only imagine a life in which you are doing what you love and what is in tune with your natural talents. It means you will be more likely to enjoy the process and stand out from the crowd by being excellent at what you do. 🚀

Identifying my natural talents and strengths was one of the best investments in myself that I ever made. My life is divided into before and after! 🌟

Here are some tips to help you identify what you are good at.

  • Ask the people close to you to name three things they think you are good at. Believe what they tell you 😉
  • Think about the times when you felt most capable and empowered – what skills were you using? Those are the things you are good at. 💪
  • Go over the changes you’ve faced in life and think about what helped you to overcome those. Is there a common theme or a pattern? If so, those are the things you are strong at. 🔄
  • What did you do that made you stand out as a child? You may not do it anymore, but you still may possess that talent. 🧒

And if you’d like to truly invest in the exploration of your talent and strengths in a more systemic way, make a Clifton Strengths assessment by Gallup and have a few sessions with a Strengths coach.

Empower yourself with the knowledge of your strengths and put them into action in a way that will bring you your best results! ✨
