Saying “yes” to everything can lead to overwhelm, stress, and a sense of being burdened. 🤯 This exercise is your roadmap to discerning when to embrace a challenge and when to gracefully say “no.”
✍️ List down requests or favours that don’t quite spark excitement or certainty. 📝 For each, ask yourself:
- Do I genuinely want to do this? 🤔
- Does it align with my values? 🌟
- Does it propel me towards my goals? 🚀
- Will I feel good doing this? 😊
If “no” echoes stronger and more frequently to these questions, it’s time to politely decline. Embrace the power of prioritizing your well-being! 💪
